By accessing or using VytalGenix.com (“the Site”) or any services offered by VytalGenix Jupiter LLC d/b/a VytalGenix (“VytalGenix,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
2. Services Provided
VytalGenix provides wellness and consultation services, which may include testosterone therapy, weight management, erectile dysfunction treatment, peptide therapy, and related health programs. Certain services may be delivered through virtual consultations (“telehealth”) where permitted by law.
VytalGenix provides services exclusively to patients who are physically located in the state of Florida at the time of their consultation. Telehealth evaluations, treatment decisions, and prescriptions are performed solely by Florida-licensed healthcare providers.
Partner laboratories such as Clinical Reference Laboratory (“CRL”) and licensed pharmacies such as Olympia Pharmacy and At Boudreaux’s New Drug Store support diagnostic testing and prescription fulfillment when medically appropriate.
All medical decisions are made by licensed clinicians, and prescriptions are issued only when clinically appropriate. Compounded medications are dispensed by licensed U.S. pharmacies and have not been reviewed or approved by the FDA. Individual results may vary, and no treatment outcomes are guaranteed.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of consenting to medical treatment. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
4. No Medical Guarantee
Treatment outcomes vary based on individual factors. Vytal Genix makes no guarantees regarding specific health results.
5. Prescription Policy
Prescriptions are issued only when deemed medically necessary and in compliance with applicable state and federal laws. Medication availability may vary based on jurisdiction and clinical assessment.
6. Use of Website
You agree not to use the Site for unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
7. Payment Terms
Payments are processed securely through approved vendors such as Elavon. By submitting payment information, you authorize Vytal Genix to process transactions in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability
